Join us for this 6-week journey to help you reconnect with your body and understand what works for you, bringing peace (and joy!) to your plate.
Each of the six live, 90-minute sessions is designed to be interactive and supportive. In a group up to 15 people, alongside short teachings, you’ll be invited to try different mindfulness and nutrition activities – simple practices you can explore in your own way.
There will be time to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others, making the learning richer and more personal. The heart of this course is to help you discover how mindfulness and nutrition come together, so you can find your own way to eat with more balance, awareness, and care.
