I work using various tools such as glucose monitoring systems (Freestyle libre), which allows you to track your blood sugar levels on a 24hour basis.
This information allows us to better understand how YOUR body reacts to different foods, timing and intensity of exercise, the carbohydrate content of meals etc. With this data, we will know which foods to avoid or eat less of and those which work well for YOU.
With this information, we can then create a meal plan that will help you lose weight without feeling that you are on a diet.
For those who would like a less technical approach, I will work with you to understand your lifestyle and personal needs, such as the timing of your meals, how you feel after a meal or do certain foods seem to bother you more than others?
These are all factors that I take into consideration when preparing your weight loss meal plan.
